14-Day Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Standard returns (changed your mind)
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging.
- Contact us first – we will confirm the return address before you ship anything.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns.
- Your refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the returned item arriving at our facility.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
- Send us a photo or short video within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will send a free replacement or a full refund – including shipping. In most cases you will not need to ship the item back.
Not eligible for return
- Used personal-care items (e.g. hair accessories that have been worn) unless defective.
- Items returned without prior confirmation.
Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights in your country.
